Top 9 must visit places in Los Angeles, California

1. Laguna Beach

This is totally my favourite beach in LA, not only that this place is so calm and beautiful, it’s also very quite and relaxing. Here you will find a few painters sitting on the edge of the cliff, painting the scenery, and the walking path is surrounded by flowers. There are also chairs and tables which you can use for a small picnic as well. I spent 5 hours and the time just flew by so quick. 2. The Last Bookstore

If you are looking for some great books, or simply want to take some great Instagram pictures, this place is definitely for you. With unique designs, this bookstore attracts many tourists daily. They have a large selection of books and also cute spots that you can easily take pictures with. The picture line might get busy, but it’s nothing too crazy!

3. Santa Monica Pier

This place is just as magical as I imagined it to be. The sunset view at Santa Monica was so beautiful and if you walk a little further down from the pier, it will get a lot less crowded and you will mostly get the entire beach to yourself.

4. Venice Beach

Venice Beach is only a couple of blocks from Santa Monica and I love the vibes here. We didn't have enough time to take pictures there but the walk around Venice Beach is so much fun. You will see many people walk around and there are also a lot of street food, as well as entertainment vendors.

5. LACMA Museum of Arts

LACMA Museum of Arts

I saw this place everywhere on Instagram and I was really curious to check it out. To enter the actual museum, you will need to purchase a ticket. However these poles that you see in the picture are right outside of the museum, therefore you won't need any admission tickets if you only wanting to see this place.

6. Griffith Observatory

This observatory is high above the city, giving you the best view of LA. The parking there is quite hectic, but it will be worth it once you find your parking space. I would recommend you to visit the observatory at night when the city lights are up as the view is incredibly magical at night!

7. Hollywood Blvd and Beverly Hills

These two locations are in the heart of LA, and of course a must visit while you are in LA. At Hollywood Blvd you will see different celebrities footprints, and in Beverly Hills, you will see many celebrities homes.

8. OUE Skyslide

The Skyslide is located on the 69th floor and up there you will slide down from a slide that makes out of glass. It is a very unique experience but it's definitely not for the faint of heart.

9. Universal Studio

If you haven't been to Universal Studio, I would definitely recommend you to check it out. The park is huge, which includes so many fun rides, amazing food and entertainment. My favourite part is the Harry Potter area as the place has so many fun rides, plus it makes you feel like you are in the actual movie.
